by inviting or using seent bot you agree to these terms of service. if you do not agree you must stop using the bot immediately.

description of service

seent is a discord bot that offers utility commands, fun image tools, social media content download and lookup, ai chat and image generation, and a virtual economy system. features may be added, modified or removed at any time without prior notice.

eligibility and discord rules

you must comply with discord's terms of service and community guidelines while using the bot. the bot may only be used in servers and contexts where you have permission to do so.

user conduct

you agree not to use the bot for any illegal purpose, to harass or harm others, to spam commands, to attempt to bypass rate limits or cooldowns, to exploit economy features, or to overload or disrupt the service. the bot operators reserve the right to blacklist users or servers that violate these rules.

ai features

ai chat and image generation are powered by third-party models. outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unexpected.

you are solely responsible for how you use any generated content. prompts that violate the safety policies of the underlying providers may be refused without notice.

media and downloads

download and lookup commands retrieve publicly available content from third-party platforms. you are responsible for respecting copyright, platform terms of service, and applicable laws.

the bot does not claim ownership of any downloaded media and does not guarantee continued availability of any external content.

virtual economy

the economy system (coins, cards, businesses, shop items, streaks) is entirely virtual and has no real-world monetary value. balances and items exist only inside the bot.

the operators may adjust, reset or remove economy data at any time for fairness, technical or moderation reasons.

availability and disclaimer

the bot is provided as-is and as-available. we make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted service.

we are not liable for any loss of data, missed rewards, incorrect outputs, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot.

termination

we may restrict, suspend or permanently ban any user or server that violates these terms, abuses the service, or causes technical issues. you may stop using the bot at any time.

deletion of your economy account removes related data but does not automatically delete other stored information.

changes to the terms

these terms may be updated. the last_updated field indicates the current version.

continued use of the bot after an update means you accept the new terms.
